Why I Decided To Make A Supplement Brand... 

In an ideal world, we would obtain all the essential nutrients our bodies need from a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins.

However, the reality is that modern food production practices, soil depletion, and processing techniques have led to a decline in the nutritional value of our food. As a result, many of us are not getting the vital nutrients we need to thrive.

1. Declining Nutritional Value: Research suggests that the nutrient content of our food has been steadily declining over the years. A study published in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition found that the average nutrient levels in fruits and vegetables have declined significantly since the 1950s, with declines ranging from 5% to 40% in key nutrients such as protein, calcium, vitamin C, and iron.

Creatine Monohydrate

Increases Muscle Strength and Power: 

Creatine monohydrate is one of the most extensively studied supplements for enhancing muscle strength and power.

It works by increasing phosphocreatine stores in muscles, which aids in the production of ATP, the primary energy source for muscle contractions during high-intensity exercise.

Numerous studies have demonstrated that creatine supplementation can improve strength, power, and muscle mass in athletes and resistance-trained individuals [1].

I believe this also transfers to the pelvic floor, which is why I take it and recommend it.

Exercise Performance:

L-Leucine:

L-Leucine may also help to prevent muscle breakdown during periods of calorie restriction or intense exercise, preserving lean muscle mass and promoting fat loss. Phosphorus is also involved in energy metabolism, helping to produce ATP (adenosine triphosphate), the primary energy currency of cells. Adequate phosphorus levels are necessary for optimal cellular function and energy production.4.

Magnesium (Citrate, Trace Minerals & Glycenate):

Muscle Function:
Magnesium plays a crucial role in muscle function, including muscle contraction and relaxation. It helps to regulate muscle contractions and prevent muscle cramps and spasms. Research has shown that magnesium supplementation can improve muscle performance and reduce the risk of exercise-related cramps and injuries [8]. 

Heart Health:
Magnesium is important for heart health, as it helps to regulate heart rhythm and blood pressure.
