Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Please do not send back any opened or partially used products. 

If your purchase was part of a Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotion, the free items must either be returned, or the refund will be adjusted accordingly.


Exchanges
Please contact us by email or phone if you would like to do a product exchange.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned items and will process a refund to your original payment method, minus any shipping charges.
